Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. We reserve the right not to ship goods to addresses, if they do not correspond with the address on the credit card. If the billing address is not the same as the shipping address, the transaction will be cancelled.
We do not accept returns and will replace any damaged item or where there is an error in the order attributed to us. We must however, be notified by email, within 24 hours of receipt, of any damage or error. We ask that you email pictures of any damage, including pictures of the original packaging and shipping invoice and we will in our sole discretion replace the damaged product or items sent in error. Please do not return the products. We will reship the item/s at no cost to you if we determine you are not at fault.
