Peppers, sweet and spicy are part of the capsicum family and contain the nutrient capsaicinoids. The levels of capsaicinoids are highest in hot or spicy peppers. Scotch bonnet peppers or chilli would have higher levels of capsaicinoids than bell peppers. The best known form of this is called the capsaicin.

Recipe with Scotch Bonnet Pepper or Reggae For You Hot Pepper Sauce
100g Celery Sticks
100g carrot
100g squash
100g spinach
1 green scotch bonnet pepper (seed in optional)
3 cups water
Pinch of himilayan sale or sea salt
Pinch of garlic
Pinch of turmeric
1 table soon virgin coconut oil
1 teaspoon reggae for you spicy mango sauce
Dice all vegetables, do not cut spinach, crush garlic, leave pepper whole. Bring water to boil in medium pot. Add all vegetable, spices and reduce heat. Leave to simmer to make broth. Stir to dissolve vegetables and thicken soup. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Cook and serve in small bowl as lunch or appetizer. Keep broth clean. Do not add butter or any meat or dairy product. Enjoy. Makes 4 servings.
